**Job Description**
As a Customer Support Associate at careerzynith, you will be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls. You will work with some of the most recognized companies in their industries, providing top-notch support experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Qualify callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients
* Conduct outbound and inbound calls to engage with customers and provide support
* Utilize product knowledge to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and support skills
**Requirements:**
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
* Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
* Own a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements (Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better, Windows 10, 8GB RAM, webcam, high-speed internet access)
* Must have a desk/workstation in a quiet workspace
* Must be able to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST)
