- Troubleshoot and provide guidance on Elation EHR, Elation Billing, and Patient Passport applications via email, chat, phone, and screen share
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the support team to ensure seamless customer experience
- Build expertise in all Elation products and maintain excellent attention to detail
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while demonstrating strong empathy in customer interactions
