**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our passengers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Ensure the safe and efficient handling of aircraft, including loading and unloading of passengers and cargo
* Collaborate with our team to ensure that all airport operations are running smoothly and efficiently
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
* Communicate effectively with our team members, passengers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
