In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email, empathizing with and prioritizing their needs, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be the face of arenaflex, upholding our company values and respecting every customer. Your goal will be to put smiles on our customers' faces by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their experiences with arenaflex are positive and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email to resolve issues and answer questions
Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, providing personalized support and solutions
Uphold arenaflex values and respect every customer, ensuring that their experiences with our company are positive and memorable
Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, providing timely and professional support
Clearly understand and respond appropriately to the issues that customers present, using your knowledge of our logistics and supply chain to provide accurate and helpful information
Consistently compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues, using your excellent communication skills to provide exceptional support
Approach problems logically and with good judgment, making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer to ensure that their needs are met
Work a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that our customers receive the support they need
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High School or equivalent diploma, as well as previous experience in Customer Service. You should be able to effectively prioritize your work time to ensure efficiency, and have experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook. Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools is also required.
