**About the Role**
As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting players via chat and email, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries
* Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries in accordance with company guidelines
* Supporting and guiding customers with all requests, escalating and following up where necessary
* Promoting careerzynith's values and products to our clients and their players
* Ensuring professional working relationships with customers and colleagues
**Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
* Support and guide customers with all requests, escalating and following up where necessary

**Qualifications:**
* Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar position is required
* Knowledge: Excellent written and spoken skills in English are essential
* Attention to detail: You must be a detail-oriented individual with a process-oriented mindset, able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility: You must be flexible and able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
* Additional skills: Experience in the gaming and esports industry is considered an asset
