[Remote] Sr. Benefits & HR Operations Analyst

They are seeking a Sr. Benefits & HR Operations Analyst to optimize their Workday ecosystem and manage global health, wellness, and leave of absence programs while ensuring compliance and delivering actionable analytics.ResponsibilitiesSupport the administration and optimization of Workday and other HRIS tools; troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity across the platformExecute the operational transactions of key employee milestones, including compensation adjustments, promotions, terminations, and onboardingDesign and maintain real-time dashboards; provide actionable reporting on turnover, headcount, and other key organizational metricsDevelop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and document workflows to scale HR operations effectivelyLead the day-to-day administration of global health and wellness programs, acting as the primary point of contact for employee inquiriesExecute the benefit reconciliation process and ensure accurate, timely processing of all carrier billingCoordinate and track leave programs (FMLA, Disability, etc.) ensuring a supportive experience for employees and compliance with all regulationsAssist in the evaluation and rollout of employee perks to enhance the overall employee value propositionDirect the preparation and submission of information required for EEO-1, ADA, FMLA, and Department of Labor auditsDraft or revise internal HR policies to ensure they remain current with changing local, state, and federal labor lawsMaintain rigorous documentation standards for OSHA and other governmental reporting requirementsSkillsExperience with Workday and other HR Systems such as absence management software, ticketing tools, etcDemonstrated experience supporting corporate health and wellness benefits as well as leave of absence programsStrong mindset for continuous improvement, process streamlining, increasing efficiency and meeting or exceeding client expectationsProven project management and operations skills with demonstrated ability to manage global projects and initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data, using HRIS systems for reportingAbility to establish strong relationships and credibility at all levels and geographies throughout the organization and cross-functionallyComfort with ambiguity; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentBroad knowledge of HR functional disciplines (e.g., organizational development, talent management, employee relations, staffing, and compensation/benefits)In-depth understanding of federal, state and local laws relating to HRA Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of directly relevant experience in HR/Benefits OperationsBenefitsCompetitive compensation401k matchLong-term incentive plan with a company performance-based cash payoutFlexible PTOCompetitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insuranceCommuter benefitsBring your dog to work (and unlimited puppy time)Pet benefits, including $1000 toward adopting your first dog or catStocked fridges, coffee, soda, and lots of treats (for humans and dogs) and free catered lunches monthlyRegular team activities performed in-person and virtuallyCompany OverviewAt Rover, everyone has ownership of their work and the opportunity to make a true impact.
