Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Assisting customers in placing online orders and providing support through phone calls to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
Processing payments securely and efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of data protection and customer trust.
Proactively supporting customers, addressing their concerns, and maintaining our brand's reputation for excellence.
Identifying and escalating priority issues to the relevant teams, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction.
Collaborating with your colleagues to improve customer support processes, sharing best practices, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development.
At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with call center experience being advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with a passion for customer service are also encouraged to apply.
B2 level proficiency in English, with excellent speaking, writing, and reading skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is also required, allowing you to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base.
Strong interpersonal skills, including a customer service-oriented approach, active listening, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.


Technical Skills and Requirements
In addition to the essential qualifications, you should also possess:

A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with 90% accuracy, enabling you to efficiently process customer inquiries and maintain accurate records.
Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, facilitating your work in a digital environment.
Reliability and flexibility to work night shifts, Monday to Sunday, 12:00 am – 11:00 am, with 5 days per week, 8 working hours + 1 hour break, demonstrating your commitment to our customers' needs.
