**Job Summary**

As a Customer Success Specialist at careerzynith, you will be the primary point of contact for customers using our client's food ordering app. You will handle customer inquiries, concerns, and provide information through inbound and outbound phone calls. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive brand reputation.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist customers in placing online orders, providing support through phone calls, and processing payments securely.
* Proactively support customers, identify and escalate priority issues, and collaborate with the team to improve customer support.
* Maintain and improve service quality, ensuring that customers receive exceptional support experiences.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our client's food ordering app, its features, and benefits.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you remain up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
* At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a strong preference for call center experience.
* B2 level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach, active listening, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40wpm and 90% accuracy.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing situations.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office, with a strong proficiency in using computer software.
* Experience working with customers from diverse backgrounds, with a strong ability to empathize and understand their needs.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

**Technical Skills**

* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, with a strong ability to use computer software.
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40wpm and 90% accuracy.
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with a strong ability to use it to manage customer interactions.
