About the Role
In this role, you will:
Support customers in achieving their financial goals through a variety of channels, including phone, text, chat, video chat, and more.
Proactively seek out ways to improve our financial products and services, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Offer ideas and solutions for the customer success group, driving innovation and customer satisfaction.
Perform moderately complex research to resolve complex customer problems, communicating with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Receive direction from management and escalate non-routine questions when answering inquiries or resolving issues, providing best-in-class customer experience.
Adhere to work guidelines, policies, and regulations, ensuring compliance and risk management.
Interact with management, peers, and external customers on products, services, or customer segments, building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
2+ years of experience in assessing and meeting the needs of customers or solving customer problems, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Strong understanding of financial products and services, including credit, market, financial crimes, operational, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
Desired Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, including salesforce.com.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
