Job Overview The role of Customer Success Manager at blithequark is a critical one, focusing on the holistic customer lifecycle management of SaaS models. Key Responsibilities Accompany the growth of strategic customers and partners through different activities along a holistic customer lifecycle management of a SaaS model. Ensure an efficient onboarding of new SaaS customers, setting them up for success from the outset. Support strategic customers and partners independently, advising them on the use of selected features of blithequark's software platforms. Orchestrate an end-to-end process with involved departments (e.g., sales, 2nd level support, and development) to ensure a sustainable resolution of incidents. Prepare relevant key figures for strategic customers and partners and present them in monthly performance dialogues, fostering transparency and trust. Analyze structured data to support customer success through insights and KPIs, driving proactive strategies for customer engagement and retention. Act as a central interface for blithequark's back-office service, ensuring seamless communication and support. Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, candidates should possess a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field, ideally complemented by several years of practical experience in customer success management or a similar area. Prior experience in the e-mobility sector, combined with a solid understanding of SaaS business models and software products, is highly desirable. Essential Qualifications Degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field. Practical experience in customer success management or a similar field. High degree of self-motivation and a structured, self-organized way of working. Strong customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills across different hierarchical levels. Hands-on mentality with the ability to familiarize yourself flexibly with new topics. Very good written and spoken English and German skills; additional language skills such as Spanish and/or French are a plus. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the e-mobility sector and/or SaaS business models. Initial professional experience in an interface function with a high customer focus. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Data affinity with the ability to identify usage patterns, track success metrics, and drive customer engagement and retention.
