**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* **Account Ownership**: Own the success, retention, and expansion of high-potential customer accounts, working closely with Product, Delivery, Support, and leadership to drive alignment and unblock progress.
* **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute customized success plans to meet the unique needs of each customer, ensuring alignment with careerzynith's business objectives.
* **Relationship Building**: Foster strong, value-based relationships with senior-level stakeholders, including C-level executives, department heads, and other key decision-makers.
* **Communication and Influence**: Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and updates to ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned with careerzynith's vision and goals.
* **Issue Resolution**: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
* **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Analyze customer data and market trends to inform business decisions, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize customer success strategies.

**Requirements**

To succeed as a Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you'll need:

* **6+ years of experience** in account management, customer success, or strategic consulting roles within an enterprise SaaS or Healthtech environment.
* **Demonstrated ability** to manage and grow complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and technical workflows.
* **Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills**, with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
* **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
* **Proven track record** of driving business growth, retention, and expansion through strategic planning and execution.
