You will initiate the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution. Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systemsConsistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomesEstablish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levelsDemonstrate strong decision-making skills in developing solutions for complex problemsModify policies and establish procedures within the scope of workExercise sound judgment in selecting methods and criteria for obtaining resultsPossess a functional understanding of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworksSkillsA Bachelor's degree4 to 6 years of relevant experience working with SAP Project Systems. In-depth knowledge of other SAP Finance modules is referredStrong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skillsExperience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members. Experience with hybrid onshore / offshore delivery model is desirableDeep knowledge of Project System processes in multiple industries with ability to understand, communicate, and deliver complex requirements specific to the clientKnowledge of Project Systems leading practices, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to specific finance and technology functions including but not limited to: Project structural components (Project definition, WBS elements, Networks, Templates), Project Planning, Budgeting, Milestones, Billing, MRP, Advanced Results Analysis Methods, Resource Related Billing, Event-Based Revenue RecognitionExperience in fulfilling requirements integrated with other SAP Modules: Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting, Material Management, Order to Cash, Plant Maintenance, Production Planning, Human ResourcesProficiency with one or more S4HANA SAP FICO modules mentioned below: Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting (Asset Accounting, General Ledger), Product Costing with Material LedgerFamiliarity with Security roles related to Project Systems and Management Accounting processesAbility and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologiesExperience developing functional specificationsStrong system configuration experienceRelationship management skillsNegotiation capabilitiesCritical thinking aptitudeEmotional agilityA willingness to travel to meet client needsPrior consulting industry experienceSAP Certification/s: C_TS412 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA Project SystemsExperience with at least three full cycle implementations of your core moduleAdditional qualifications that enhance your ability to succeed in this role: Additional SAP Finance certificates, Prior industry experience in accounting department.
