Our team is comprised of experienced professionals from top companies like American Express, Plaid, and Goldman Sachs, backed by leading venture capital firms and advisors from renowned organizations like Square and Xendit. **Your Role** As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing our customers and channel partners, ensuring their needs are met, and driving growth through increased share of wallet and customer retention. Your primary objectives will include: * Onboarding new customers and channel partners * Providing exceptional customer experience, ensuring their needs are met * Monitoring and tracking customer and channel partner performance, driving growth by increasing share of wallet and preventing customer churn * Establishing clear client retention goals * Serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customers, resolving their issues and complaints, and working collaboratively with product and engineering teams to improve the product and customer experience **Your Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Proven track record (2+ years) of success as a Customer Success Manager or similar role * Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships * Experience in managing and working with a diverse group of stakeholders and customers * Enjoy working in an unstructured start-up environment (lack of process does not frustrate you) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills – proven ability to effectively interact with medical professionals * Expert level time management and organizational skills – adept at handling and frequently re-prioritizing a high volume of tasks * The ability to see challenges as opportunities to level up. High-achieving and goal-oriented. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
