* Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to orders, returns, subscriptions, and account management

* Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer concerns

* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system
* Identifying patterns in customer feedback to suggest improvements to processes or services
**Qualifications**

* Prior experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or subscription-based services
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Availability to work evenings on weekends
