As a remote employee, you will be part of a dynamic team that values flexibility, innovation, and customer satisfaction. **Role Summary** As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for communicating with new and potential customers, guiding them through the shopping experience, answering order questions, and supporting the team to grow a successful brand. You will be an independent worker who loves solving problems, making people happy, and creating personalized shopping experiences for our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner * Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand * Be empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line * Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met * Associate must perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift **Expected Hours and Work Environment** * Expected hours for the role are Friday-Sunday, 2pm-10pm EST * Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business * This role is hired on an at-need basis and will be hired initially as a temp role * If there is a need and the associate meets or exceeds established SLAs, there is the opportunity for a permanent offer after 3 months **Qualifications and Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related role * Must have access to consistently stable internet connection * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Willing to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs * On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business **Perks and Benefits** * arenaflex offers comprehensive perks and benefits to employees, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, generous employee discounts, retirement savings, and much more! * For additional information, please visit our website **Pay Range** * USD $15.00 - USD $15.00 /Hr. **EEO Statement** arenaflex celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
