**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Administrative / Data Entry Clerk to join our team in San Diego, CA. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our database, verifying and validating existing data using MS Excel, and maintaining strict confidentiality protocols. If you're a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

**Responsibilities**

As an Administrative / Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Accurately and efficiently entering data into our database
* Verifying and validating existing data using MS Excel
* Maintaining strict confidentiality protocols as a remote data entry clerk
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to our team members
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
* Performing other administrative tasks as required

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist
* Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Positive, high-energy attitude
* Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with data entry software and systems
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in data entry or administrative assistance
