Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Services Specialist to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in connecting, repairing, and rearranging careerzynith services for our customers. Key Responsibilities
Connect, repair, and rearrange cable conductors to ensure seamless service delivery
Review and analyze prints, diagrams, or schematic drawings to identify and resolve issues
Splice and waterproof coverings to ensure durability and reliability
Repair and maintain outside plant facilities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including climbing ladders and poles when necessary
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A high school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
Experience with cable installation, repair, and maintenance
Knowledge of telecommunications systems and infrastructure
Certifications or training in areas such as OSHA, first aid, or CPR
Fluency in multiple languages
