Our mission is to get the nation safely back on the move, and we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace for our colleagues. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, helping them to find the right products and services for their needs * Working on customers' vehicles in our car park and on bikes in-store, helping us to deliver a wide range of fitting services, including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building, and cycle servicing * Developing your practical problem-solving skills alongside your ability to work quickly and efficiently * Working on a rota basis, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers * Collaborating with our team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service **Essential Qualifications** * Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment * A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs * Problem-solving skills * Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends **Preferred Qualifications** * Some knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair * Some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of service **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** We invest heavily in training to give our colleagues the skills they need to develop their careers.
