**Experienced Customer Service Support Professional – Remote Opportunity in Select States**

You'll be responsible for: * Accurately entering sales orders into a USDA Database * Managing incoming orders through a dedicated email account * Updating ship-to account information as needed * Generating reports for customers, customer service representatives, and sales personnel * Supporting customer service tasks related to credits, debits, and account management * Providing professional, timely communication with customers and internal teams **Why You'll Love Working at arenaflex** We're committed to building a workplace where every employee is welcomed and valued.
