**The Role**

* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
* Analyzing customer feedback and sentiment, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience
* Developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer support specialists
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure team performance and customer satisfaction
