Key Responsibilities
ΓΒ Execute and finalize enrichment tasks as specified by the client.
ΓΒ Manage credentialing responsibilities, including entering application data, verifying vendor resources, and confirming board certifications.
ΓΒ Communicate with state boards and credentialing organizations to obtain updates and verifications.
ΓΒ Ensure precision and quality of credentialing data in accordance with industry guidelines.
ΓΒ Cross-verify information supplied by third parties using online databases.
ΓΒ Provide assistance with additional tasks as required.
Required Skills
ΓΒ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
ΓΒ Proficiency in English, with superb written and verbal communication abilities.
ΓΒ Capability to operate independently from a home office equipped with a reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed).
Qualifications
ΓΒ A minimum of 6 months experience in data entry or a customer service-related role is advantageous.
ΓΒ Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
