Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to various customer styles and needs. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and navigate multiple systems. A reliable and self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, with a compatible headset and high-speed internet connection. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required. Residency in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia. Fluency in Spanish and English for Bilingual Specialist opportunities. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience can enhance your application: Previous customer service experience, particularly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll participate in: A paid training period, with attendance and participation required. A structured training schedule, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET, for six weeks. Ongoing coaching and feedback from your Supervisor and team.
