* Politely and efficiently respond to telephone inquiries regarding product, service, and pricing concerns

* Undertake supplementary tasks and exceptional projects as instructed
* Analyze guest queries and redirect them to the Leader on Duty if required
* Carry out actions such as bending, stooping, and raising, and sometimes handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as required
* Master selling behaviors: The Sales Model provides employees with the necessary tools to identify and solve the needs of pets today and in the future
* Maintain the safety of our clients, visitors, and beloved pets by adhering to our safety guidelines
