**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. This will include handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history and notes, and communicating statuses to customers. You will work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Analyze payment history and notes to determine the best course of action for each account
* Communicate with customers to provide updates on their accounts and resolve any issues
* Work with a team of leaders and peers to support each other and achieve common goals
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
**Qualifications:**
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Drive to solve problems and meet goals
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
* Experience in customer service
* High school diploma or equivalent
**Requirements for Remote Work:**
* Excellent internet connectivity (2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download)
* Hardwired internet access (wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)
* Productive, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
* A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, to download our app for company communications
