[Remote] Airtable Developer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Relay is a company that builds custom applications for small to mid-size businesses, specializing in Airtable. The Airtable Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining Airtable applications, collaborating with team members, and designing database solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities Develop and maintain Airtable applications that streamline project management, ERP operations, sales operations, and more Collaborate with team members to design user-friendly interface pages that convey critical information to clients Design well-structured database solutions that manage large volumes of data efficiently Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing existing Airtable applications Migrate data from existing databases (both on and off Airtable) to our clients' new Airtable base(s) Automate communication between 3rd-party systems like QuickBooks and Airtable using native and Make/Zapier automations Skills Comfortable managing scripting and software integrations Develop and maintain Airtable applications that streamline project management, ERP operations, sales operations, and more Collaborate with team members to design user-friendly interface pages that convey critical information to clients Design well-structured database solutions that manage large volumes of data efficiently Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing existing Airtable applications Migrate data from existing databases (both on and off Airtable) to our clients' new Airtable base(s) Automate communication between 3rd-party systems like QuickBooks and Airtable using native and Make/Zapier automations Be flexible and willing to help with other development tasks that crop up Take a keen interest in the building blocks of software and the technology that connects applications together Experience creating automations in Make, Zapier, or N8N Expertise in, and interest in, LLM coding tools and IDEs that integrate them (Claude Code, Antigravity, Git Hub Copilot, etc.) Software development experience or expertise Experience—business or schooling—in database design and structure Benefits Competitive healthcare benefits 401k enrollment Company Overview At Relay, we build custom apps that scale with your business.
