**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history/notes, and communicating statuses to customers
* Working with leading technologies and systems to resolve customer issues efficiently
* Collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve success
* Providing exceptional customer service to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
* Analyze payment history/notes and communicate statuses to customers
* Work with leading technologies and systems to resolve customer issues efficiently
* Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve success
* Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Qualifications:**
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
* Drive to solve problems and meet goals
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
* Experience in customer service
* High school diploma or equivalent
