**Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – Remote Work Opportunity at arenaflex**

Our commitment to excellence has earned us a reputation as a trusted partner in the community, and we're now seeking a talented Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. **About the Role** As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. Your primary responsibilities will include dispatching service technicians, answering incoming service calls, resolving customer issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You'll also be responsible for making outbound calls to keep our schedule filled and maintain our membership base. **Key Responsibilities** * Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule * Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician's schedule as needed * Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner * Maintaining customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements * Matching type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency * Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base * Being a good teammate to coworkers * Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them a lifelong customer **Requirements** * Previous experience in a call center * Must be able to type ~70 wpm * MUST like talking with people and making them happy by using great communication skills * Ability to work independently as well as within a team * Be familiar with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia * Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to think proactively **Remote Work Requirements** arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone, but candidates must provide: * High-speed internet * Quiet workspace with minimal background noise **Compensation and Benefits** * Starting hourly rate between $17-20/hr based on experience (negotiable based on experience) * Commission opportunities for this position, averaging an additional $100-$1000+ per month * Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, and Life Insurance * 401k retirement with match * 7 Paid Holiday's per year * Paid Vacation & Personal Days * Continued education with periodic classes **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
