**Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex**

As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls, scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department, and performing daily duties that include maintaining our customer database, making daily outbound phone calls, routing technicians based on location, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
