Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Cashier. As the face of careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and processing transactions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative/Cashier at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience
Scheduling appointments, collecting vehicle and customer information, and preparing R.O.'s (Repair Orders)
Arranging towing and temporary transportation, and maintaining automotive records by recording problems
Keeping the customer service area clean and orderly, and processing customer invoices and payments
Completing customer appointment reminder process, and stocking parts and supplies
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and abilities:
Light lifting (no more than 50 lbs.)
Basic data entry and computer skills
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Auto industry experience preferred but not required
Training and Support
As a new hire, you will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role. Our training program includes:
Onboarding and orientation
Product knowledge training

Compensation and Benefits
