We are a team of Innovators, Collaborators and Doers.We’re seeking an AR Phone Representative to join us.As a Medical AR Specialist Phone Rep, you will be responsible for answering inbound AR related phone calls, following up on claims rejections and denials, identifying billing issues, communicating with insurance companies for status on outstanding claims, working daily correspondence work files, processing and follow up on appeals and resolving correspondence issues. This is a remote position. What you'll bring to Zotec:Medical billing experience working with explanation of benefits (EOBs) and AR follow-up preferredExperience in radiology billing a plusStrong willingness to learnProficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and ExcelExcellent communication and strong problem solving skillsCapable of prioritizing work flow and able to ensure deadlines are metHigh school diploma or equivalent
