Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, chat, and email. You will also be responsible for assisting customers with prescription and medication-related questions, processing orders, and providing information about CVS Health services and products. Key Responsibilities

Customer Assistance: Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner.
Medication Management: Assist customers with prescription and medication-related questions, ensuring their healthcare needs are met.
Order Processing: Accurately process and track orders, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Information Sharing: Provide information about CVS Health services, products, and promotions to customers.
Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns, aiming for customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using digital tools.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
