Job Overview: Customer Service Representative - Work from Home We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, assisting our plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions Take inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our members understand their coverage and options Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client groups Receive comprehensive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise Offer solutions to simplify our members' health care experience, leveraging your skills and knowledge to make a positive impact Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to achieve business objectives and drive success Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications High School Diploma or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Associate's degree or equivalent experience Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills At least 6 months of health care experience Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional service Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At CVS Health, we are committed to helping our colleagues grow and develop in their careers.
