Job Summary We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team, working from the comfort of your own home in Oklahoma. As a customer service representative, you'll be the face of CVS Health, providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: * Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. * Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner. * Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. * Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency. * Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. * Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless service delivery. * Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and identifying areas for improvement. * Managing a team of junior customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery. Position Summary: As a customer service representative with CVS Health, you'll be responsible for answering questions and resolving issues related to claims, benefits, and member services. You'll work closely with providers, members, and plan sponsors to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service. Your expertise will be essential in resolving claims-related issues, processing referrals, and educating providers on our self-service options. Essential Qualifications: * Must live in the state of Oklahoma full-time. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Experience in a highly transactional call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. * Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. * High-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and a consistent connection. * A dedicated workspace with a direct connection to the router (NOT Wi-Fi). Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment. * Knowledge of claims processing and benefits administration. * Certification in customer service or a related field. * Bilingual or multilingual skills. Education: * High School diploma or GED equivalent.
