Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming contacts from guests via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
Process reservation requests, support basic loyalty and customer care requests, and identify guest reservation needs to maximize revenue
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
Provide customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and maintain open communication with arenaflex properties, related company contacts, and third parties
Follow all company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team goals, and comply with quality assurance expectations and standards


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No prior related work experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed
No supervisory experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team
No license or certification is required, but a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service


Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
