**Job Summary**

As a Chat Recruiter at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for proactively engaging with potential candidates through online chat platforms, answering inquiries, and qualifying candidates for various open positions. This role requires exceptional written communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple conversations simultaneously. **Responsibilities**

As a Chat Recruiter at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:

* Proactively engaging with potential candidates via online chat platforms to provide a positive and informative candidate experience
* Responding to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring that all interactions are conducted in a courteous and respectful manner
* Qualifying candidates based on predetermined criteria, using your exceptional written communication skills to assess their suitability for open positions
* Providing detailed information about open positions and the application process, ensuring that candidates are well-informed and equipped to make informed decisions
* Scheduling initial phone or video interviews with qualified candidates, using your expertise to match candidates with the most suitable roles
* Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and qualifications within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), iCiMS
* Collaborating with the recruiting team to ensure a smooth candidate flow, leveraging your expertise to optimize the recruitment process
* Maintaining a professional and positive demeanor in all online interactions, adhering to careerzynith's communication guidelines and upholding the highest standards of grammar and punctuation

**Qualifications**

To succeed as a Chat Recruiter at careerzynith, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

* Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or recruitment role involving online chat communication, with a strong track record of success
* Excellent written communication skills, with impeccable grammar and punctuation, and the ability to adapt your communication style to suit different audiences
* Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations efficiently, using your expertise to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Experience with iCiMS ATS is a plus, but not essential
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace
* Availability to work Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Eastern Time)

**Schedule**

As a Chat Recruiter at careerzynith, you'll be required to work a standard Monday to Friday schedule, with the following hours:

* Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Eastern Time)

**Contract-to-Hire**

This is a 3-month contract position with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance. We're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
