You'll communicate with customers primarily through phone and email, utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to careerzynith customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving post-sales problems in a timely and professional manner
* Communicate with customers primarily through phone and email, using a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts and research policies
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues, often in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and chat sessions
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date on careerzynith products and services
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction ratings and resolution rates

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
* Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
