**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Provide clear, concise information and solutions to help members better understand their coverage and options
* Offer empathetic, personalized support to resolve member concerns and improve their overall healthcare experience
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates and member satisfaction scores
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting
* Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
* Ability to maintain a secure, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet access and approved speed requirements
* Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare-related field
* 6 months of work-from-home experience
