**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for delivering best-in-class support to our customers and fleet partners through phone, email, and chat/text. You'll be the face of our company, and your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in creating a top-notch experience for our customers and partners.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll have the following responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality service and support to both customers and partners via phone, email, and chat/text
* Solve problems and thoughtfully address issues experienced by customers and partners
* Act as an internal advocate for our customers and fleet partners by relaying user feedback and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and issue resolution
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll need:
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
* Experience providing support via phone, email, and chat
* A positive attitude and passion for success
* Exceptional time management skills
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Tech savvy with Mac and iOS experience
* Able to type 50+ WPM
* College degree or equivalent work experience
