Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:

The main responsibility of this position is to safely and efficiently load and unload freight, while also sorting it according to the purchase order (PO) and SKU. The individual is expected to use a radio frequency (RF) gun to locate and select merchandise for shipment to stores, scan boxes, open cases, and place them on the correct conveyor for sorting. They will also be... responsible for packing single and multiple customer orders and affixing the correct shipping labels to packages before placing them on the correct conveyor for transport. Additionally, they will induct apparel and footwear onto the tilt trays and pack products sorted by them for shipment to stores. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, and the pay rate is $14.94 per hour. Full-time hours are available with the first shift being from Monday to Friday, which covers morning to afternoon hours, and the second shift being from Sunday to Thursday which covers afternoon to evening hours. Also, weekend shifts require 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. Please submit an application using the referral link sent by a current team member to be eligible for the referral bonus.

• Establishing proficient and effective packaging processes is crucial for ensuring the successful handling of orders and the delivery of products to the desired locations.
• Shift the products for processing, pack them and put them in boxes then move them for transport.

• Following procedures is essential in the correct handling of Return To Vendor, returned and liquidation items.
• Ability to perform effectively in a quickly changing work setting.
• Capability to demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, conducting mathematical calculations related to business, and analyzing data.
• Notifies the relevant parties which may include the supervisor, manager, safety director or HR manager of any problems.
• Conforms to the daily routines and guidelines as prescribed during the onboarding process and subsequent training.

• If objects exceeding 40 pounds require handling, assistance when needed will be available.
• Capability of moving loads, weighing a maximum of 40 pounds with necessary help, for a distance of no less than 25 feet.
• Business necessity may mandate associates to temporarily work in different locations that demand altered physical demands.
