* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
* Proficiency in using software tools, such as CRM systems, email, and phone systems
