About the Role
As a Warehouse Overnight Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks from receiving and storing inventory to picking, packing, and shipping orders.
Key Responsibilities
Ā Receiving and Stowing: Unload and put away incoming shipments, ensuring items are accurately stored in designated locations.
Ā Picking: Locate and select products from shelves according to customer orders, using scanners to verify accuracy.
Ā Packing: Assemble orders, package them securely, and label them for shipping.
Ā Shipping: Load packages onto conveyor belts or into shipping containers, preparing them for delivery.
Ā Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and help identify and resolve discrepancies.
Ā Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, including wearing appropriate safety equipment.
Qualifications
Ā High school diploma or equivalent
Ā Ability to lift and move packages up to 75 pounds
Ā Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
Ā Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Ā Experience with warehouse or logistics operations is preferred but not required
