**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing your workload to meet deadlines
* Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office programs, with a willingness to learn new systems and technologies
