Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at Target, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve guest issues, using problem-solving skills and judgment. Provide Product Information: Answer guest questions about products, services, and policies, and provide recommendations. Maintain Accurate Records: Accurately document guest interactions, using our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Collaborate with Colleagues: Work with other team members to resolve complex issues and share knowledge. Stay Up-to-Date on Products and Services: Stay informed about Target's products, services, and policies, and make recommendations to guests. Meet Performance Goals: Meet or exceed performance goals, including metrics such as first-call resolution, average handle time, and guest satisfaction. Requirements Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Customer-Focused: A customer-focused attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications. Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide solutions. Flexibility: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
