**Job Summary**
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings. * High School Diploma or GED (college students and recent grads welcome)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable using basic technology (Zoom, email, etc.)
* 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
* Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally
