In addition, the firm publishes the highly respected "Sullivan on Comp" legal treatise and conducts live training seminars and webinars throughout the State.
As we continue to grow and expand the practice, we now seek a INTAKE CLERK to provide support to the Office Staff and Attorneys in our firm. Specific duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
The Intake Clerk:
Β Identify, interpret, split, and organize file documents digitally
Β Identify and interpret document type according to subject matter and name documents utilizing established firm-wide naming protocols.
Β Review and analyze various records; research multiple resources to obtain necessary case facts to assist attorney
Β Enter case information into matter management software accurately and efficiently
Β Investigate discrepancies in data or special handling requirements
Β Performs occasional printing and lifting

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Requirements:
Β High school diploma or equivalent
Β Basic computer skills
Β Ability to work well with or without supervision
Β Ability to prioritize
Β Attention to detail and high quality are ESSENTIAL to the success of anyone in this role!
Attributes:
Β File room experience where a variety of tasks similar to those stated above were performed
Β Work well with team members and able to handle large volumes of work
Β Seek individuals who can do repetitive tasks while maintaining positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Β Able to handle changing priorities and rush orders when required
Β Able to work in a fast-paced environment
