**Job Summary**

As a WDW Resorts Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and reservation support to users of the Disney Resorts website. You'll be the first point of contact for guests and cast members seeking assistance with reservations, packages, and other Walt Disney World products and services. Your primary goal will be to match their wishes and desires with relevant Walt Disney World products and services, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to Walt Disney World guests and cast members via phone, email, or chat
* Assist with reservations, packages, and other Walt Disney World products and services
* Respond to general questions and concerns related to Walt Disney World products and services
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
* Stay up-to-date on Walt Disney World products and services, including new offerings and promotions
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

**Eligibility Requirements**

* Must not have a termination on file from any Disney program
* Must not be a current Disney cast member
* Must not be currently enrolled in or servicing in a Disney program
* Must have at least 30 days elapsed since last enrollment in a Disney class
* Must not be an Earmarked Travel Agent or Travel Agent that books Disney

**Work Environment and Schedule**

* Work as a remote contractor, with the ability to work from home or a designated remote location
* Flexible schedule, with the ability to work 20-60 hours per week
* Rotating shifts, including morning, evening, and night shifts
* Ability to work weekends and holidays, as needed
