The Role: Pleno ServiceNow Developer - HRSD/ITSM
In your daily routine, you will:
Execute the technical implementation of HRSD, following the team's established development standards.
Develop and maintain employee journeys and the Employee Center, ensuring system performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and security issues related to HRSD, escalating highly complex cases when necessary.
Teamwork & Collaboration: Support Junior developers and collaborate with the broader technical team on daily challenges.
Quality & Governance: Write clean code adhering to ServiceNow best practices and participate actively in peer code reviews.
Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve performance and technical issues effectively.
Required Qualifications:
Languages: Intermediate English (Required); Intermediate Spanish (Desirable).
HRSD Expertise: Solid experience configuring portals and HR processes; familiarity with Performance Analytics for HR.
Platform Fundamentals: Good understanding of ServiceNow platform features (Schedulers, Events, UI Actions, Business Rules).
Scripting: Strong practical experience with server-side and client-side scripting, including APIs like GlideSystem and GlideRecord/GlideAggregate.
Process Automation: Hands-on experience using Flow Designer to build and automate workflows.
Integrations: Experience developing and maintaining inbound and outbound integrations (e.g., REST API, basic OAuth).
