**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions

* Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Minimum Requirements**
