Key Responsibilities
Facilitate onboarding, track progress to ensure deadlines are met
Provide administrative support, including correspondence and file management
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Assist employees, candidates, and clients with inquiries
Host video interviews and join team calls
Support HR and administrative teams with additional tasks as needed
Requirements
Arizona resident
High school diploma or GED required
Related experience preferred, but not required
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in a remote/home setting
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in written communication and basic office platforms
