Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Virtual Customer Service Team. As a Virtual Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a fully remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home and manage your schedule to meet the needs of our business.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic English writing skills required; proficiency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation
